The company was founded in 2005 by two medical device experts from Silicon Valley (one of whom still resides there) and is located in Budapest, Hungary. The offering SME has a vast experience in medical device development (handheld devices, peristaltic pumps, fluid management assemblies, controllers), contributing to many systems and products that are approved by U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Beside device development collaborations the company works on its own R&D projects. The R&D team is made up of mechanical engineers, electrical and biomedical engineers.

The company was established in 2004, during the first period import-export and wholesaling were the company’s primary activities. In 2007, it became the supplier of several international department store chains (Kika, Bauhaus, Bricostore). In 2011 the company’s management decided to commence the manufacturing of LED panels and light boards. For this they purchased a laser cutting and engraving machine, a laminating machine, a profile cutting machine and a measurement device that inspects the lifespan of light sources by an accelerated aging process.

The company operates in a modern 800m2 industrial facility and is committed to the use of renewable energy. Planning work is now underway to install a new production facility, with the next phase targets set in late 2015.
