Description:
The 25-person French SME located in south-west of France has over 30 years of experience in the development and manufacture of components in plastic raw materials by injection process, in the automotive, electrical, medical devices, cosmetics and point of sale advertising sectors.
It can carry out programs from design to delivery. On the same plant, it can provide several services such as R&D and industrialisation (special machines included), consultancy study and engineering office, production, tests, mechanical assembly, welding, marking and packaging.
The company has been increasing its activities and modernised its industrial equipment since 2008 and has today very competitive machinery with high production capacity: 25 automated injection machines from 7 tonnes to 550 tonnes. All in all it has 3 production lines on its industrial site. The company can also offer low-cost solution for injection moulds.
It has modern industrial facilities and has a certified quality control system according to international standard ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
Owing to the high quality and reliability of products manufactured by the company, it already has subcontracting or manufacturing agreements in European countries. The firm has a turnover of 3.5 million euros and its export market share is 15% of the whole turnover.
The French company aims at extending its international cooperation and increasing its business on the European markets.
Therefore, to achieve this goal, two types of partnerships are proposed:
1/ The French company is offering under subcontracting agreement, not only its available production capacities for plastic parts using injection moulding technology to partners supplying their own moulds, but also its know-how for activities of assembly, marking, wiring and flow packing.
2/ The French company is providing partners its R&D services for the technical development of injection moulded parts and their production under manufacturing agreement.
The company is looking for a long-term cooperation with companies specialised in various sectors including automotive, electrical, medical devices, safety devices, and cosmetics sectors but also new sectors.

The expected cooperation :
- under subcontracting agreement: the SMEs have their own moulds (it is their property) and need to have their products manufactured. The companies could also use the services of the French company for other activities such as assembly, marking, wiring, flow packing, packaging.
- under manufacturing agreement: the SMEs need a partner to develop technical tools, special injection moulding and therefore ask the French company to design and manufacture them.
