A German family-owned confectionery is looking for suppliers of raw materials under a supplier agreement

A German family-owned confectionery company, specialised in producing organic and vegan chocolates and sweets, is looking for suppliers of different raw materials under a supplier agreement. Already existing in the hands of the fifth generation, the confectionery company is proud of its long and successful history, beginning from bakery to today’s modern and future-oriented business. Besides the traditional specialities, the product range comprises organic and vegan chocolates and bars. Organic and vegan products are the company's new and promising pillar. Globally speaking, an increase of this segment's share can be expected. All products are manufactured with pure and unspoilt ingredients. There are no additives. The company is now looking for suppliers of 1) raw materials needed for producing chocolates, bars, and sweets, and 2) packaging material. The material for producing chocolates, bars, and sweets must fulfil different criteria, like being organic, environment-friendly and sustainably produced and harvested. Respective certificates are expected. The material request ranges from cocoa, cocoa pulver, cocoa butter, and coffee beans to fruits (e.g. strawberries), herbs, and hemp. The packaging material must be environmet-friendly, sustainable, and biodegradable. At the moment, the products are packed in biodegradable and compostable material made of cellulose fibre and cardboard. Respective certificates are expected.
