Description: 
This SME was established by experienced QA (quality assurance) specialists, who have developed a software platform for organisations who work within the education, skills and employability sectors. They developed their QA software and teaching observation platform to support clients implement effective QA and improvement processes, with the aim of reduced complexity and cost. Since their incorporation in 2011 they have developed a good market reputation, in the UK's higher and tertiary education sector (students aged 16 year olds and above).Their software combined with supporting consultancy has helped an increasing number of training providers, colleges, universities, schools and government agencies to simplify their approach, gather management information support core QA practices and target resources to support continuous improvement. The SAAS (software as a service) product allows users to develop processes for self assessment, quality improvement planning, observations of teaching learning and assessment and thematic review. The system uses predetermined standards and regulations to facilitate improved QA decision making based on real time QA methods and insights. Implementing the software helps organisations to move away from ‘manual’ processes on shared drives and documents. It reduces complexity and significantly reduce costs through the streamlining and reduction of duplication of administration processes. The solution enables and supports collaborative practice between individuals within an organisation and between organisations to build capacity and capability. Clients include government departments, accreditation bodies, universities, colleges, and training providers.
