An innovative company from southern Denmark with over 20 years of experience has developed a range of solutions in the industrial coatings and surface treatment sectors. The company operates globally, from one of their offices in Denmark, Germany and Ukraine. Their solutions include: 1. A combined concrete protection which reduces the need for a 28-day curing period, while extending life cycles and reducing construction time by 30-40%. The material is applied only once and is suitable for large infrastructures such as bridges, tunnels and roadways. The product is free of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and considered to be environmentally safe. 2. An ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) ductile material at around 30% of the current cost level, for specific applications such as bridge surface overlays, tunnel resurfacing and for mix tank resurfacing. 3. A surface treatment for permanent removal of corrosion in stainless steel which is approved in the EU and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the USA. 4. An antiseptic coating for the food industry, which is easy to clean and has both EU and FDA approval. The hygiene system has been formulated to assist in prevention of harmful bacteria including Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and E-Coli, while maintaining an attractive, durable and hard-wearing floor finish. The system can eliminate up to 99.9% of all bacteria landing on the surface. 5. A range of 3D printers for concrete, suitable for both house elements, right up to large infrastructure projects. The company offers gantry, rail, robot and cable printing solutions including the use of colour prints. The ideal partner would be a distributor with experience of selling products and surface treatments to the construction sector, knowledge of admixture, design and the challenges of using concrete. The company is however also open to working with commercial agents for some products.
