The Dutch branch of a German provider of flexible office spaces and workplaces, is now growing in the Netherlands. In addition to workspaces, the company has various possibilities for meetings and events. The company is looking for a system that provides their members easy access to the buildings and keeps track of important data like who's coming in or going out. The partner should be willing to co-operate in the frame of a supplier agreement.
The Dutch multinational offers productive and inspiring workplaces and stimulates networking between the tenants by sharing their facilities. In addition to flexible workplaces and office spaces, the company also offers meeting rooms, a bar and lounge area to its members. Tenants are automatically members of the community and can use these areas, among other things. The target group for the offices are freelancers, start-ups, medium-sized companies and corporates. The workstations are rented for a fixed amount per month. After being successful in Germany, the step to other countries is made in order to expand to the rest of Europe. The company has the intention to roll out their concept worldwide.
