They develop modular, flexible and smart vertical ovens. These ovens are composed by 2 or 3 cells. A cell is composed of a mechanically welded structures in stainless steel and a kinematic assembly.
These cells have always a similar design but they could have:
- 3 differents widths: 2500x1500 mm / 2500x2300 mm / 2500x2700 mm
- and 2 different heights: 4500 mm or 5500 mm
Ovens are composed of mechanically welded structures in stainless steel, using material F430 or 304.
Different settings and option could be required as hood and extraction, steam set, casing, etc.
Each equipment is developed and adapted regarding client’s specifications and needs.
The French company is looking for a subcontracting partner to produce cells from the supply of elements until the assembly, packaging and loading.
The French company is looking for subcontracting agreement with a long-term partnership. The partner should be based in Spain, Portugal or ItalyNear to 10 ovens (25 cells) units would be produced per year. The French company would support the partner by transferring its know-how in the cell’s conception.

The partner would be responsible for the whole scope of making:
-supply of all components, the parts and materials
-produce of elements and subsets
-assembly of the frame + kinematic system
-tests and controls
-packaging and loading
The French company will fulfill the specifications of each equipment and support the partner by transferring know-how in the conception of the items. A long-term subcontracting agreement is sought.
Technical Specification or Expertise Sought:
Future partner should have technical abilities in mechanised welding, cutting, sheet metal forming, bending, machining (small and medium parts) and assembling.
