A Greek IT SME has developed an advanced HR selection software aiming at finding the right person that best fits each job position, fast, easily and accurately. The Greek SME is looking for partners willing to incorporate this tool to their services portfolio under commercial agreement with technical assistance.
The Greek start-up was established in 2018 by a team of women entrepreneurs. The company is focused on developing Human Resources (HR) solutions. The newly developed service is an advanced HR selection software aiming at finding the right person that best fits each job position, fast, easily and accurately. The software uses integrated, flexible and intelligent matching algorithms that enables the developed solution to go beyond the traditional CV management and sets the ground for achieving a holistic candidate evaluation. Data driven hiring is at the core of this software, optimising the usefulness of data collected, by structuring them in an internal data pool of candidates for proactive recruiting. Besides choosing the best candidate, the internal data pool enables the recruiter to keep track of candidates with high potential, so that no candidate is lost in the process, and companies are able to recruit at optimal efficiency. The process is very simple: in a matter of few minutes, the recruiter can complete the user-friendly job description template. When the applicants apply, they are automatically redirected to the SME’s platform where they can apply through their profiles in popular professional networks or by completing the platforms’ CV form. At that point, the recruiter is just one click away from a complete CV screening with an insightful candidate report, illustrating the best applicants ranked by the matching score, indicating visually how relevant the candidate’s profile is to the job description requirements. The process helps achieve the best match, as well as allowing for an accurate evaluation and profiling, customised to the specific needs and culture of each company. Depending on their specific needs (amounts of CVs they receive, how often etc.) the Greek SME can customize the tool to better serve the clients’ needs. The Greek SME is looking for partners willing to incorporate this tool to their services portfolio under commercial agreement with technical assistance.
