Maltese software company seeks commercial partners for its ERP [enterprise resource planning] solution

A software house with 30 years of experience has aided some of the biggest businesses on the Maltese islands through their business solution packages. The company is now looking to take their latest enterprise resource planning solution (ERP) to international markets. This solution will assist all businesses in all their management needs, through one application. The company is looking for distribution partners to commercialise their product in foreign markets.
This software house has developed [and also represents] software solutions for all major business sectors, namely banking and financial services, health, logistics and transport, retailing and wholesaling, law firms, audit and accountancy businesses. These solutions cover human resources management systems including payroll systems, e-commerce solutions, business intelligence and data warehousing solutions, loan management banking solutions, Implementations of customer relationship management systems and enterprise resource planning systems. The company is especially interested in identifying new markets for its ERP solution through a cooperation agreement for the distribution of this software product. The ERP solution is a user friendly product which provides the necessary controls to enhance the best management performance possible. This solution has the following inbuilt modules to ensure complete and effective management: inventory management, point of sale system, wholesale and distribution management, financials management, e-shop online management and sales team automation and management. Through this one application the management team has all the decision making information in the same location, enhancing efficient decision making. The partner will need to be committed to grow the ERP solution. They should have an existing client base in their local software market. Training on the use of the solution will be provided for the selected partner to ensure a high level of understanding of all the solution's key features.
