The Russian software designer of augmented reality (AR) platform is looking for partners to sign a license or a services agreement and commercial agency agreements.
The Russian company from St. Petersburg established in 2013 has developed global technological platform that automatically generates a layer of augmented reality (AR) at any point on the globe and, therefore, unites the physical and virtual worlds. The company is offering a universal AR platform where various applications (e.g., games and historic reenactments, educational projects and tourist attractions) can run concurrently enabling different people from all over the world interact and create joint projects. The platform utilizes newest advanced technologies. It combines the functionality of a distributed geographic information system (GIS), computer vision technology, 3D modeling and artificial intelligence (AI). The transactions in the system are carried out through smart contracts within the blockchain system, which makes them reliable and transparent guaranteeing digital rights of the users. The Russian company is looking for foreign partners and investors (large companies, R&D institutions and universities) to sign an agreement on mutually discussed terms. Under the license agreement, the company will provide the software and holder of the exclusive/non-exclusive right to sell it and transfer necessary reference documentation. Under the commercial agency agreement, the company will supply the agent with the necessary documentation and product for trade in order to facilitate the promotion abroad. Under the services agreement, the Russian company will provide its partner with the developed product as well as reference documentation and technical assistance essential to the transfer of its IT technology and further maintenance.
