Swiss SME looking for manufacturing & distribution partners for compact-size electric motion devices doubling productivity and energy efficiency of automated machines

A high-tech Swiss company produces programmable electric linear actuators, having all the benefits of electrics (i.e. energy-efficient, accurate and fast motion) with comparable price and dimension than actual pneumatic actuators used in the packaging industry. Manufacturing, distribution services and finance agreements are sought
The Swiss high-tech start-up aims at becoming the leader in the industrial machinery sector by developing innovative cost-effective electric machine components to accelerate the transition to a fully electric, sustainable and programmable industrial automation. Thanks to the modular, compact and lightweight design, the 100% electric linear actuators of the Swiss company can easily fit any machine, suit any application needs and meet the most challenging industrial requirements in terms of security, productivity, reliability, sustainability and digitisation. With a higher force density and better thermal dissipation, they offer better dynamic performance at lowest weight and dimensions with respect to linear motor technologies. They are fully programmable by the end user in an easy and simple way through the use of an end-user interface working via its electronics controller. There is no need for a software installation in comparison with existing technologies. The Swiss company targets value-adding distributors to distribute the standardised version of its products. Original equipment manufacturers (OEM) from the industrial automation sector ranging from non-food and food-packaging machines to pharmaceutical applications and robotic arms are sought to integrate the technology under a manufacturing agreement. Additional funds (angel investors, equity) would also help the Swiss company for the industrialisation phase.
Type (e.g. company, R&D institution…), field of industry and Role of Partner Sought:
The Swiss SME is seeking partnerships with OEM willing to integrate the electric motion devices under a manufacturing agreement. Distributors with an established network in the automation industry for filling, wrapping and packaging applications in the food, non-food and pharmaceutical sectors are also sought to sell the products worldwide. Financial agreement: to raise additional funds for the industrialization phase via business angels or equity.
