Description: 
Complex systems are difficult to work on since they are composed of many sub-systems and parts which are linked to each other and they involve large teams to work on. Whether it deals with conception stage, operation, maintenance or communication, the French SME develops custom made tactile and 3D visualization tools for complex projects, using Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). The company's realizations provide great usability to improve user experience. Different strategic areas of innovation are addressed, such as user-centered interfaces, connected digital mock-ups, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality. The French SME builds multi-support applications that can be used on touch screens, web pages or VR headsets. Solutions are designed for many uses, such as decision-making, complex data or information visualization, maintenance, training, communication or engineering. For instance: - System conception and simulation The preliminary conception of complex systems with many interconnected elements and constraints (satellites for instance) is made easy by a simplified design of each element and the inclusion of connexion rules between them. - System operation and monitoring 3D visualization facilitates operation in complex systems (electrical stations for instance). System parts can be viewed separately using multiple functional layers, alarms can be visualized inside the system to analyze condition locally. It is also cost saving since parts can be remotely controlled, with no need for the operator to stay there. - Maintenance and training 3D visualization and VR technology are used to simplify access to information. It is very useful for maintenance to be able to localize failures quickly and for training to improve learning process. - Digital communication AR and VR enhance the impact of communication throughout immersive experience or 3D and tactile visualization of data.
