The company acts a commercial agent for catering and retail purposes ranging from independent Spanish restaurants, tapas bars, hotels, wholesalers to deli and farm shops. This company offers a wide scope of quality traditional products from all over Spain, over 250 unique authentic natural products by 50 different family business suppliers that offer generations of farming knowledge. Their product line includes ingredients from each region of Spain ranging from Iberico Bellota Ham from the Black Iberian Pig living free-range in the Meadows of Extremadura, traditional Manchego Cheese, authentic chorizo, extra virgin olive oil, olives, vegetable preserves to spices and typical sweets. The company carefully choses its suppliers and regularly travels to Spain to ensure a strong relationship with the producers to guarantee quality ingredients and a passion for the traditional produce. Ideally the new supplier could offer smoked salami from mangalica pork, produces cured meats and has smokehouses from all over Spain.
