Uniform heat distribution in greenhouses using solar light/energy for dried food production

The Turkish company produces tarhana which is a grain-based, fermented and dried traditional product. The mixture including yoghurt, spices and a kind of wheat is dried under the sun a few days. Therefore the production of tarhana made usually in summer. The company is looking for technologies in uniform heat distribution in greenhouses using solar light/energy to continue production during the year under a commercial agreement with technical assistance.
The company was established in 1991 and has the biggest facility with 55 employees for tarhana. Tarhana is a cereal based fermented traditional product. Ground wheat and yoghurt are used as basic main components and thyme is also added as flavoring agents in tarhana formulation. The mixture obtained from various components is kept for a while and dried under the sun The drying time under sunlight takes about 2 days. Tarhana production is affected by environmental factors such as temperature, moisture, and light as it is dried under the sun in summer. The production is made usually in sunny days. The company needs to establish an optimum condition of those factors, inside a greenhouse. The temperature, of course, is the most important parameter because it has a big influence on the tarhana production. The company wants to have uniform climate conditions in their greenhouses. The temperature variation must be eliminated and the difference in humidity must be reduced. The company currently seeks a technology which allows to dry food as well as a sun with controlling the climate conditions. The technology can be suitable to establish in the greenhouse or it can be smaller system or machine which shortens the drying time by providing the sufficient results as in solar drying process. The company is wiling to establish commercial agreement with technical assistance. The technology provider should guide the company during the installation and adjustment of the most effective drying conditions.
