It can be a component in the production of meat or meatless food products or be used in the food production in a natural form just added with various flavours, either sweet or salty.

Commercial agreement with technical assistance as the type of partnership was selected due to the intended support from the offeror as regards advice in the preparation process of the incorporation of the mixture in a number of food products and advice in the addition of suitable flavours.
