Albanian IT company seeks for partners under the outsourcing/near-shoring services

Founded in 2007, the Albanian company provides software development services to public and private sector such as a ­Government, Local Government, Financial Management, Public Administration, Healthcare, Education, Banking, Telecommunication, etc. Since its foundation, this company has been involved in different projects such as Interoperabillity (February 2012- August 2013 sponsored by European Commission); Enterprise Document and Record Management System of Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina(March 2013 – April 2015) sponsored by The European Union represented by the European Commission for and on behalf of the beneficiary country(Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina) in which the Albanian company was subcontracted by CSI Piedmont-Italy; The Electronic Procurement System which has been developed from 2007 to 2009 and whom Maintenance system is still on-going by the Albanian company. It was sponsored initially by USAID and later was maintained by State funds and too many other projects in which it was subcontracted by beneficiaries. It is looking for a network of ICT partners to offer IT outsourcing/near-shoring services. Partners might use services given by the Albanian company, which in this case will act as a service provider company for the foreign company to offer IT outsourcing services. Both foreign and Albanian partners will be also engaged in subcontracting agreement, where the foreign partners will subcontract the Albanian partner to implement the projects that might be implemented.
