The Belgian company has developed a complete web-based QM & ERP software for the food industry. The main advantage is that a variety of useful modules are bundled together in one powerful software package, which is adaptable upon client’s needs. The SME is looking for implementation partners to introduce the software in their local market under a commercial agreement with technical assistance or a license agreement.
The Belgian company was founded in 2004 in support of consultancy activities for the implementation of Quality Systems in the food industry. As the industry is moving towards industry 4.0, the company saw that the food industry which consists mostly of SMEs, is not moving as fast as it would want. In order to tackle this problem, it developed a software tool that fulfils the needs of the food industry. Today the SME offers a solution for companies that want to optimise their business processes and / or guarantee safety according to the applicable standards, legal obligations and customer requirements (ISO,BRC,IFS,..). To this end, it develops a unique Internet software, according to the Software as a Service (SaaS) principle, whereby the operational and qualitative activities are integrated into one business information system, resulting in administrative simplification. As a result, the customer is able to manage his internal processes in a paperless manner and in real time. With a team of more than 10 motivated employees, the company deploys itself every day to fulfil the needs of the customers. With a growing customer base (both in Belgium and abroad, in cooperation with a partner from the Netherlands) the company is looking for partners (preference is given to the neighbouring countries : FR, DE and UK to start with) that can sell and implement the software on their local market. This can be companies that supply other software solutions, or consultancy companies in the food business. Potential partners will be trained by the Belgian SME and are expected to first analyse the needs of their clients to see if the developed software can offer a solution. If this is the case, they will help their clients to implement the software. Cooperation is envisaged under a commercial agreement with technical assistance or a license agreement.
