Description:
A Bulgarian company that created a telemedicine device is looking for a medical distributor or commercial agent. The offer includes smart wearable medical device, applications and cloud services and allows the doctors to evaluate the patient's condition from anywhere and from any device. It is the smallest physiological monitor with weight just under 60 grams. The produced medical device can measure the following vital parameters by remote observation in a continuous mode, in real time: electrocardiography, Spo2 (oxygen saturation), non-invasive blood pressure, respiratory rate body position and activity of the human body. It helps the physician to diagnose the patient by following the vital physiological parameters. The device is designed for the observation of the vital (physiological) parameters in real time. It is used for prevention follow-up, hospital follow-up, and after a hospital stay follow-up. The tracking of indicators allows for: • diagnosing of life-threatening conditions • early diagnosis of pathological medical conditions and diseases in all specialties of medicine • "access" to patients in hard-to-reach areas devoid of systematic medical care • tracking with a high responsibility the physiological state of persons in the field of service to many people (flight attendants, control center operators, drivers, etc.) • tracking the physiological state of people in high stress occupations and extreme environments • tracking physiological parameters of athletes practicing extreme sports • monitoring of physiological parameters in the military field, police, etc. • physiological parameters monitoring in children (in pediatric practice) • early detection of life-threatening conditions during hospital stay • prediction of life-threatening conditions based on detected physiological parameters and laboratory data, image diagnosis and co-morbidity of the patient • early detection of post-surgical and/or interventional emergency response complications • early prediction of possible complications in the post-hospitalization period • control of the prescribed medication and rehabilitation regime • early suggestions for corrections for prescription medication and rehabilitation regimens • managing the patient's condition until the physiological parameters are stabilized and the rehabilitation process is completed • intermittent follow-ups of the patient’s condition. The company is interested in establishing a potential partnership via distribution services agreement with parties which would like to offer and sell its product at the target end customers. An alternative variant is commercial agency agreement under which the partner would represent the company and its products before the potential customers.
Type (e.g. company, R&D institution…), field of industry and Role of Partner Sought:
Under distribution services agreement companies or other parties with particular familiarity or market presence with a focus on hospitals, medical centers, cardiologists, medical universities and nurses are sought to help for the sales of the products manufactured by the company under non-exclusive relations. The manufacturer would provide them the necessary training and support. Under commercial agency agreement companies or other parties are sought to represent, act on behalf and bind the company on a continuous basis in return for remuneration in order to support the commercialization of its products and services. Their role is to act as independent intermediaries. The agent’s remuneration is established through sales commissions. The commissions consist of a percentage of the amount of sales actually made, in which the agent has mediated.
