Bulgarian company, specialized in import and distribution of fast-moving consumer goods is interested in entering a distribution services agreement

The company is established in 1993 in Bulgaria. The main activity of the SME is import and distribution of FMCG. The portfolio of the Bulgarian distributor includes: chocolates, biscuits, protein products, confectionery, dietary products, seasonal items, chips and snacks. The company already imports products from Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Spain and Slovakia. This SME has its own sales force, with ex van sales (both a sales- and a logistics-orientated business process), cooperation with wholesalers in Sofia and in the country, direct deliveries to gas stations’ stores, food stores chains, kiosks etc. The Bulgarian SME is looking for reliable partners in order to enrich the range of products it offers on the Bulgarian market. Taking in mind that this entity is ready to sign a distribution services agreement in order to act as a distributor to sell the foreign partner' products.
