A Bulgarian company has been manufacturing quality uPVC (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride) and aluminium doors and windows for many years. The company has got over 100 highly skilled workers and a very large manufacturing capacity (600 windows per day). The company already trades in international markets but is looking to expand its trade activity by signing commercial agency agreements.
A Bulgarian company located conveniently close to a pan European transportation corridor is looking for distribution agreements worldwide. The company is producing uPVC and aluminium windows and doors of all shapes and sizes and can deliver both high quantities and non-standard custom doors and windows. The company owns fully automated and manhandled machinery and can satisfy mass manufactured as well as craftmanship designs. The company is working with high-quality German profiles and can produce products that satisfy the passive house standard. The Bulgarian company is manufacturing its own designed systems for minimal sliding doors with no visible profiles and high insulation values. Passivhaus windows requirements: the entire window including glazing and frame should have a thermal transmittance (U-value) of 0.80Uw/(m²K) or less. Glazings should have a high total solar transmittance (g-value) of at least 50% making a net heat gain possible during the winter. The windows themselves must be airtight and the spacers in the glass seal edge must be thermally separated not aluminium or any other metal. The company is manufacturing its own double and triple glazed windows that can be filled with argon for enhanced insulation. The glazing can be separated by a non-metal spacer for increased insulation and decreased condensation. The company is already engaged in international trading but is looking to expand its reach by signing commercial agency agreements worldwide. An agent will advertise and offer the company's products on their local market and will be compensated with a generous percentage of commission on sales.
