For a joint venture, the Bulgarian company has at its disposal the following: distillery facility, bottling machine for natural healthy drinks, facility for botanical extracts production, tableting machine (for both – for solid forms as well as for jelly pearls). The potential partner in the joint venture is required to be already present in its market and to be well established there.

The Bulgarian company is looking for international partnerships under manufacturing and joint venture agreement. Under manufacturing agreement, the company is looking for partners who are producers of teas, food supplements, pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, perfumes, soaps, as well as such who operate in the sphere of spa services or offer spa products. The Bulgarian company is also interested in a joint venture agreement where a new product can be developed. There should be a demand on the products intended to be produced. The foreign company in the joint venture could be certified for the production of food supplements, and why not for dosage forms (some kind of pills). The JV could fit into the risky and capital investments of a large pharmaceutical giant in order to take part of its production on the territory of Bulgaria.
