Company from Bosnia and Herzegovina dealing with the production of aluminium die casted parts, CNC machined parts, die casting tools is looking for partners for distribution services and joint venture

The company was founded in 1954, and in 2008, it has changed owner structure with the new orientation relating to aluminium die-casting. In 2013, the company started with tool shop and aluminium machining plant, starting the business with four employees. Now, the company employs 35 employees, with 11 employees having university degree. The company’s strategy is to invest in knowledge, emphasizing that employees is the company’s greatest value. The company is equipped with all necessary machines and equipment for production: die casting tools, trimming tools, stamping and press tools, other type of tools and serial machining automotive parts. The company produces automotive and non-automotive die casting aluminum parts, CNC machining parts, powder coating parts, die casting tool production and other CNC machined parts, high and low volume CNC machining parts (turning, milling, drilling etc.) Die casting process is done on machines of 540 tons to 1050 tons, development technology, die casting process simulation, die casting tools development and production. The company offers support to its customers for required projects related to feasibility assessment on designed parts, die casting technology design, process simulations, die casting prototype tools production and ability to fast react on design changes with die casting tool modification on one place. Quality equipment installed are coordinate measuring machine, roughness measuring device, 3D scanner and micrometres. The company is interested in distribution services agreement and joint venture agreement. As far as distribution services agreement is concerned, the company is interested in finding a distributor for its products. The company’s goal would be to produce in Bosnia and Herzegovina and export the products in the EU and other markets. As far as the joint venture agreement is concerned, the role of the company from Bosnia and Herzegovina would be to make registration of a new company, provide industrial building, infrastructure, skilled employees and part of equipment. The partner’s role would be to provide market, purchase orders for defined products and partly invest in equipment. Both partners will be the owners of joint venture company in defined investment, responsibilities, shares, interest defined with project and legal contract. This cooperation type is selected because it is fastest way of the building business. With new joint venture company the company's partner will get reliable-experienced partner that already has facility, infrastructure, know-how, skilled manpower and lower production costs comparing to EU, and the Bosnian company will have the easier way to access the EU market with the reliable partner in the EU. The company has already established a Join Venture agreement with a Swiss partner which is running already for eight years. The potential partner will be connection with EU market and the Bosnian company will be on spot to establish production, development and other processes.
