It also offers an academy-service to personally coach and guide logistic companies to work more digitally. The company is currently present in Belgium, Switzerland and Spain, but their innovative product has great potential to become a major player in the whole European market. In order to further expand its product commercially, the company is now looking for partners who have knowledge of the sector as well as software products for this sector. It is looking for partners who can assist in the further commercial expansion of its product and cooperate in the marketing thereof. The type of collaboration will be a commercial agency agreement. However also a joint venture agreement is an option depending on the profile of the partner found.
Type (e.g. company, R&D institution…), field of industry and Role of Partner Sought:

Knowledge of marketing is certainly a must, as their tasks will be focused on the further commercialisation and marketing of the product / platform. This will be done with the support of the marketing department. Training and coaching are constantly provided for the expansion of the network (e.g. webinars). The first step in the cooperation will be the jointly set-up of a work plan. In a next step, the partner will work fully autonomous, but arrangements will be made for the follow-up of the daily work. The cooperation will take place on a fixed base and for an unlimited period of time and will be in the form of a commercial agency agreement. Depending on the partner found also a joint venture agreement could be an option.
