Description: 
This Dutch company has the distribution rights of a unique, patented and proven power quality technology. The purpose of the system is to increase energy efficiency of electric installations and as a result reduce the use of electricity (and therefore CO2) by 3-8%. Which means an Return On Investment (ROI) between 3-8 years, depending on the location and especially the price per kWh and subsidy available, which varies per country and company size. The company is active in the implementation of energy efficiency systems to multinational companies. The system generates energy efficiency by making use of the magnetic fields created by the coils within the systems' filter and takes advantage of the effect the magnetic fields have on each other. The coil “feedback loop” generates an opposite magnetic field, which, among other things, results in a reduction in harmonics in the voltage and current flowing to the consumers. This combined with the unique shape of the coils and specially selected materials, results in a better power factor and thus generates a reduction in electricity consumption as a result. The technology can be compared with a noise reduction headset as analogy. The reduction is not constant, but changes dynamically with the filter impedance value adapting to the power consumption of an electrical network, maximizing effectiveness. Since the system only has reactive components and switches, no losses are produced by the system and the self-consumption is very low (<0.3%). The system is produced and installed in a variety of standardized sizes. It has been proven successfully in its present form over the last five years with close to 1000 installations in a number of countries, primarily Italy and other EU member states. These systems have been installed in a variety of sectors including food processing, mechanical industry, plastic industry, office buildings, super markets, hotels, shopping centres and public sector facilities. Independent, third party verification documentation of the performance of the system is available. The company is looking for sales partners for an agency agreement in Germany, Poland and the Nordic countries to boost marketing and implementation of its systems.

The company is looking for partners that have extensive nework with companies that are specialised in the installation of electric systems such as installation companies, consultants, electricity providers, energy service companies (ESCOs) and others. They are well established and recognized as professional installation company or consultant that provide services for the private as well as the public sector. 2. They are recognized for their expertise as installation companies certified to work on low voltage systems under 400 Volt as well as for their successful activities supplementing their core installation revenue by offering energy efficiency solutions. At the outset the financial incentive to engage in such activity will be based on the increase of the potential partners' installation activities. 3. They are well connected with other parties in the energy efficiency sector, including EU supported initiatives for energy efficiency cooperation involving industrial companies and expert consultants. 4. They have an existing contact network in the above mentioned countries and will be made responsible for the primary contacts with potential clients. 5. They are able to communicate the technology's benefits to the market. 6. They are in good financial standing. - Role: The role of this new partner is to integrate the innovative technology into their systems to reduce their clients energy loses and gain a fast return on investment for the client. The company will provide all necessary technical and commercial back-up to achieve the desired position, including support of selected promotional activities, product demonstrations and engineer training programs.
