Evacuation device for buildings

Greece is a seismogenic country. That was the reason that inspired this Greek inventor to create a system for the fast escape of buildings without the requirement of any kind of energy. The system can be established in terraces and balconies aiming at being used in case of emergency (fire, earthquake etc). The mechanism operates only with gravity (our bodies' weight). The use is simple and harmless and can help people escape from high buildings in a short time and without the requirement of anyone else for operating the mechanism. The person that is in danger uses the small seat, fastens the safety belt around his body and automatically starts getting down the building with a pre-selected velocity that is independent the body's weight and can be arranged to slow down as it reaches the ground so that the person can land smoothly. As soon as the person gets down from the seat, the mechanism goes up to its former position for the next person to embark and this may repeat several times. The inventor is looking for license agreement or technical cooperation for his patent. In the first case, the inventor is looking for companies willing to have the licence to produce and exploit the patent in the market. In the second case, the inventor is looking for technical companies able to contribute for the production of the mechanism and the co-exploitation of the it.
