The Belgian company is an experienced innovative formulator and producer of industrial adhesives and coatings.
For about 70 years, the company is developing and producing a broad range of adhesives in the following 5 technologies:
• water-based adhesives and coatings,
• silane-modified polymers,
• epoxy adhesives,
• polyurethane (PU) technologies,
• solvent-based (sprayable) adhesives.
The company is specialised in adhesives and coatings for different applications in the following sectors:
• construction sector (roofing material, floors, concrete structures, cladding fastening, etc.),
• industrial sector (custom-made adhesives as part of an in-line or specific production process which answer particular needs for the make industry),
• automotive and transport sector (adhesives to fasten car upholstery, loudspeakers, parcel shelves / solutions for structural bonding for buses, coaches, campers, trucks, train units, ships and special vehicles),
• leather and shoe sector,
• graphics sector (e.g. adhesives for stickers).
Although the company focuses on all the above sectors, the construction sector is one of their main fields. They are a specialist in adhesives for single ply roofing membrane bonding. Their adhesives, often part of a total system, in which adhesive in combination with insulation, damp screen and support answer industrial needs in terms of bonding strength and all weather conditions resistance.
The company wishes to further expand their adhesive systems for roofing materials worldwide and is therefore looking for partners to distribute or sell their products. The type of collaboration sought is a commercial agency agreement or a distribution services agreement. Both types of collaboration are possible. The company will decide which partnership can be set up depending on the offers that are received.

The company is open for either a commercial agency agreement or a distribution services agreement. The final kind of collaboration will depend on the proposals received.
The partner (agent or distributor) is expected to have experience in selling adhesives to the construction sector, preferably (also) specifically for roofing. Both an established network in the construction sector as well as general technical knowledge of adhesives and coatings used in the sector are required.
Although the company will offer help when needed, the partner should be able to function independently.
