This requires transition from physical processes to virtual, e.g. digital orders, deliveries, workplaces, etc. and the relevant IT expertise. Facing this trend many companies from the IT sector tend to offer services in the field of digital transformation without having the corresponding experience and track record in the field. A Bulgarian company working in the domain of software development wants to further expand its activity internationally through appropriate partnerships - its team aims to join efforts with other companies for their digitalization projects where to contribute with its expertise and know-how. The last is available for the realization of the IT components/dimensions of relevant projects and includes the following categories: - analysis and design, - UI/UX design (user interface/user experience), - development, - quality assurance, - delivery and integration, - training - and support. The company would like to find new partners for technical cooperation agreement in order to support the digitization of businesses to allow them to face the challenges of COVID-19 (to optimize their cost structures and achieve cost efficiency and relevant income based on this) through joint development of IT solutions customized to the specifics of companies’ business models.
