A French company, active in designing food industry’s equipment, is looking for a manufacturing partner. The partner will have to produce complete modular vertical systems under French specifications. The partner should be specialized in metallic construction and electromechanical assembly. Manufacturing agreement is sought for a long-term partnership.
Description:
A renowned French company, established since 1964 and with an extensive international market, designs, manufactures and installs automated equipment and production lines. This equipment is for industrial bakeries and pastry-making activities. Each equipment is developed and adapted regarding client’s specifications and needs.
Now, the French company is looking for partners to realize and produce complete machines from the supply of elements and manufacturing until the assembly and loading.
The machines are Modular Vertical Systems (MVS) or similar systems with storers, scrollbars and descenders. They are composed of mechanically welded structures in stainless steel and/or black steel on which are assembled elements machined or derived from commercial standards.
These MVS are First In First Out (FIFO) mechanisms, allowing residence time for food products with cooling, storage or freezing.
The design of these machines is relatively standardized but each MVS is different in size and adapted to the needs of client.
The French company is looking for manufacturing agreements with a long-term partnership. Near to 20 up to 50 units would be produced per year.
Type (e.g. company, R&D institution…), field of industry and Role of Partner Sought:
The partner have to manufacture the MVS and is so responsible for the whole scope of realization:
- Supply of all components, the parts and materials
- Manufacturing of elements and subsets
- Assembly of the machine
- Tests and controls
- Packaging and loading
The French partner will fulfil the specifications for each specific MVS equipment.
A long-term manufacturing agreement is looked for.
Technical Specification or Expertise Sought:
These MVS are big items, and therefore the partner should have large plants dedicated for this kind of production.
Future partner should have technical abilities in mechanized welding, cutting, sheet metal forming, bending and assembling.
Engineering office and quality management are also requested from the partner.
