Description:
A French company, with an extensive international market, designs, manufactures and installs automated equipment and production lines for industrial bakeries and pastry-making activities. They develop modular, flexible and smart tunnel ovens.
These ovens are single-deck tunnel, combining convection and radiation baking technologies.
The French company is looking for partners to realize and produce complete ovens from the supply of elements and manufacturing until the assembly and loading.
Each oven is modular, featuring several totally autonomous heating zones with a cooking surface area of 5 to 18 m². Moreover, it is equipped with a smart, user-friendly man/machine interface that adapts to the profile of the connected user.
Ovens are composed of mechanically welded structures in stainless steel and/or black steel on which are assembled elements machined or derived from commercial standards. Widths vary from 1.30 m to 4.0 m and lengths from 4.40 m to 60 m.
Each equipment is developed and adapted regarding client’s specifications and needs.
The company is looking for partners to realize and produce complete machines from the supply of elements and manufacturing until the assembly and loading.
The French company is looking for manufacturing agreements with a long-term partnership. Near to 10 up to 15 units would be produced per year.

The partner would be responsible for the whole scope of realization:
- Supply of all components, the parts and materials
- Manufacturing of elements and subsets
- Assembly of the machine
- Tests and controls

Technical Specification or Expertise Sought:
These tunnel ovens are big items, and so the partner should have large plants dedicated for this kind of production.
Future partner should have technical abilities in mechanized welding, cutting, sheet metal forming, bending and assembling.
