French company is looking for subcontractor to produce paste of meat and/or seafood protein hydrolysates

A French industrial company is specialised in the production of protein based ingredients for agrofood sector. In order to increase their capacity production of natural food ingredients, the SME is looking for a partner specialised in biotechnologies and equipped with enzymatic process of protein extraction from by-products. The partner should have large capacity of production and an easy access to meat and/or seafood by-products. A subcontracting agreement is sought with a long-term partner.
A French company in the sector of agrofood industry is urgently looking for an industrial subcontracting partner to produce paste of protein hydrolysates from by-products (carcases, flesh, fat...), filleting by-products and grade-outs products. The subcontracting partner sought should be specialised in biotechnologies and enzymatic process to extract protein hydrolysates in 4 steps: - enzymatic hydrolysis - sifting - pasteurisation - concentration The extracted paste of protein hydrolysates should have a moisture content of around 60%. The partner is expected to produce from 100 up to 200 tons/year of protein hydrolysates paste with a cadence of delivery every 2 months. This paste must be packaged in 1000 liter containers and transported at 4°C to the plant in France. The French SME is looking for a long-term industrial partner for a subcontracting agreement.
Type (e.g. company, R&D institution…), field of industry and Role of Partner Sought: 
The partner should: -be an industrial company specialised in biotechnology. -be equipped with enzymatic hydrolysis lines for the extraction of proteins. -be able to produce a large amount of protein hydrolysates in the form of paste from by-products and grade-outs products. The partner could be well established in the agrofood sector (eg. producing fat/oil or health products...). The French company will provide the subcontracting partner with the methodology of production, technical support and training.

The subcontracting partner should: -be specialised in enzymatic extraction of meat and/or seafood protein, -have easy access to by-products from slaughterhouses, filleting by-products, or grade-outs products (from 500 to 1000 tons/year), -have a veterinary certification.
