The main goal of this digital solution is to optimise all international transport operations, simplifying the supply chain processes for import and export. The management of logistics operations for a freight forwarder involves a lot of organization and constraints. There are many time-consuming tasks and internal costs that prevent some freight forwarders from being responsive enough and winning new customers. They sometimes have difficulty following their transactions in real time, from quotation to delivery. The application offers the solution to facilitate all this restrictive organization and provides a large customer portfolio. This application allows to centralize all the management of logistic operations. Partner freight forwarders make transport offers on the quote request that interest them. They can then exchange and transmit documents with the customer directly on the application. The company is looking for agents to represent it locally in different countries. Partners sought want to develop their customer portfolio and reduce their internal costs.

The company is looking for freight forwarders all over the world, preferably those who are specialized in different fields : dangerous materials, customs etc. Partner sought will benefit from a list of transport requests sent by customers (shippers). Regarding the reservation process the partner receives requests for transport and quotation on which he can make transport offers if he is interested. The customer must then validate his offer. The partner can then confirm taking charge of the freight to be responsible for it. There is no commitment for registrations or monthly fees. There is a 2.5% commission per freight, payable by the customer. The partner keeps its terms and conditions and its mode of operation.
