Description: 
This real estate agency was founded in 2009. Starting off with a local property portfolio in the department of Aude (Southern France), they soon expanded their business activity across the border to the Northeastern part of Spain, namely the Costa Brava region. They deal with residential real estate, land and houses, on both sides of the French-Spanish border, in an area with a series of advantages making it very attractive to property buyers and investors: -Good weather conditions all year round. - Efficient transport facilities (air, road, rail). - Natural beauty and cultural heritage. What is more, the reasonable real estate prices appeal to a wide and diversified clientele, ranging from young people seeking an affordable secondary residence to pensioners looking to settle in the region. For all the above reasons, the French agency has been receiving a growing amount of requests from potential buyers located mainly in the targeted countries. They now wish to make the most of these opportunities by cooperating with business partners in those countries on the basis of services agreements. The right partners will be real estate agencies responsible for promoting the French company's property portfolio and handling requests by local clients.

The ideal partners are brokerage companies in the same line of business as the French agency. Acting as the company's counterparts in their respective markets, they will have a two-fold mission: - Actively promote the agency's real estate offers with the most appropriate communication tools, provide information to potential customers about the corresponding properties, select those interested in buying and redirect them to the French company. - Deal locally with customers the French agency has already identified via direct incoming requests, respond to their enquiries and confirm their interest in buying. The partners will have full access to the French company's portfolio i.e detailed technical description of the properties, so as to be able to offer adequate advice to interested clients. For each successful deal, they will be remunarated with 40% of the sales commission.
