Description: 
The French SME is a producer of conventional and organic fruit and vegetable juice and puree. The company is located in the south-west of France, in a market-gardening and fruit-growing region. The fruits and vegetables are harvested locally and transport is limited. The extraction and packaging of the juices and purees is carried out locally in the factory located in the south-west of France without intermediary processing. As a result, juices and purees are very fresh and of high quality. The majority of the fruits and vegetables are organic and the integrated production lines are Fair For Life certified. Plum puree : The plums come from the south-west of France. The plum mash is made from fresh, healthy, mature Ente plums. This variety is traditionally used to make the famous Agen prunes. The Ente plum puree is organically grown. It contains no colouring agents or preservatives and no added sugars ; it contains naturally occurring sugars. The puree is pasteurised. Appel puree : The apples come from the south-west of France. They are organically grown. Apple mash is made from fresh, healthy, mature apples. The pink colour is characteristic of the varieties used: their skin is mostly red. The puree is pasteurised, without colouring or preservatives and without added sugar. The products supplied by the French SME can be used as raw ingredients in the composition of edible foods produced by the food industry. The French company is looking for a partner from the agro-food sector willing to use the puree in their manufacturing process. The French SME can provide apple and plum puree in limited quantities (minimum 800L) over a short period to start with, and then in larger quantities on a more regulary under outsourcing agreement. The French SME would like to establish long-term commercial partnerships.
