German company is offering manufacturing agreements to manufacturers of wooden plinths and cable assembly companies

The small German company has been specialising in the development and conception of web presences, tradeshow appearances, exhibitions, displays, advertising etc. for individual projects and companies for more than 20 years. It is now about to expand its activity. It is creating a new company specializing in the development of designer lamps of higher quality. The market segment is similar to the brands “Artemide” and “Forscarini” (upper segment). The lamps will be meant for private households. There will be lamps for tables, hanging from the ceiling and floor lamps. At first, they are planning a production of 500 pieces. If they sell well, the lamps could be monthly manufactured. As the company is an advertising agency, they are going to create the logos, corporate design, brochures, the website etc. themselves. They will handle the distribution of the lamps themselves, too, over furniture stores and shops specialized in selling lamps of higher quality. For the preproduction of lamp components (wooden socket and cable assembly), the company is offering manufacturing agreements to Bulgarian, Polish and Romanian companies able to manufacture wooden plinth and/or offering cable assembly and having the capacity to supply the German company with the ordered products. This will allow the German company to develop this new branch of activity and hopefully enhance the profitability.
