That includes for example vegetable slicers, graters, peelers as well as other products for a healthy lifestyle. They use the following sales channels: 1) E-Commerce 2) Hotel / Restaurant / Catering 3) Demonstration / Live Shows 4) Direct Response TV 5) Whole Sale / Retail The German SME is looking for one partner per sales channel who is an expert in their respective field. With every partner, a franchise agreement will be concluded to strengthen a long-term partnership. The partner should convey the SME's health-conscious communication strategy, which is used worldwide, to the final customer. During the mutual partnership it is also important to maintain the high pricing strategy to provide all partners with the opportunity to work efficiently and profitably.
Type (e.g. company, R&D institution…), field of industry and Role of Partner Sought: 
Type and role of Partner sought is depending on the different sales channel: 1) E-Commerce: The partner should, as long as he has no expertise himself, appoint a contact person who implements the online marketing strategy locally and country-specific. Apart from the classical online marketing know-how, such as search engine optimization, search engine advertisement, social media marketing, display marketing, or email marketing, the partner should be well versed in terms of fulfillment of appointments or online payment methods. 2) Hotel / Restaurant / Catering The partner should already have a customer network, which uses products from these segments for its professional and commercial activities. 3) Demonstration / Live shows The partner should be able to organize thrilling demonstrations and live shows at markets, trades and other hotspots. Those people should inspire with their appearance and convey a healthy life style. 4) Direct Response TV The SME is looking for partners who already have some experience in TV-sales (live shows or previously recorded commercials). 5) Whole Sale / Retail The partner should either be listed in stationary shops, have an own shop or have a distribution network that launches the German SME's products.
