Description:
A German SME active in the production of one-component injection moulded plastic parts since 1972 is looking for additional foreign customers. The German company owns a broad range of 30 injection-moulding machines with closing forces up to 350 tons and has experience in the processing of broad range of plastic materials. Parts can also be produced as fibre reinforced parts (glassfibre (GF), carbonfibre (CF), glasballs (GB) etc.) or as heat-stable, impact-resistant, UV-stable or gear oil resistant etc.. Additionally the SME offers the CAD construction of parts and assistance in the design of plastic parts as well as further assemblies as cramping of clips, welding of bushings, welding, ultrasonic welding, warm embedding, insert moulding and mounting.
Due to the long tradition in the cooperation with ten automotive OEMs and more than 70 automotive suppliers the company is certified in quality management (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, TISAX, QS 9000, VDA 6.3) and it's environmental resource management is certified according to ISO: 14001. Most common quality tests as compression-tension-measuring, melt index, climate cabinet, fast incinerator, 2D-Projector, profile projector, 3D coordinates measuring and 3D optical measuring are available in-house.
The company stocks large volumes of material and has a well-balanced production planning to ensure a high delivery reliability. An internal tool shop cares for the maintenance and repair as well as the service for customers tools and own machinery and devices.
