In this context, a Spanish SME has develop an innovative solution which helps brands leverage social login functionality in their websites, apps, promotional landings and even wi-fi hotspots for customers, to obtain, always under user consent and following all general data protection regulation (GDPR) guidelines, a very detailed individual profile for each consumer. This detailed consumer information includes more than 400 data attributes of first party data such as the name, age, gender, e-mail, locations, favourite products, brands and celebrities, interests and hobbies, and even their personality profile. This social media profiling solution is characterised for being a software as a service (SaaS). The tool obtains the information and applies artificial intelligence and predictive models to calculate scores determining the affinity which each user has towards more than 300 categories of interest, such as fashion, sports, media, foods, banking, electronics… All this information is integrated into the clients` customer relationship management (CRM), customer data platform (CDP) and data platforms, so it is possible to create segments and audiences of users based on their lifestyle preferences.
