Italian company specialized in designing and manufacturing of automation plants and software programming for different sectors is looking for trade intermediaries (distributors/agents/) to offer its products and services on external markets

The Italian company was established in Northern Italy in the eighties, then it changed its legal status and its business structure in 1994; it has a solid expertise in mechanical, robotics, automation plants design and production and software programming. It is mainly focused on building and installing industrial, automation and robotics plants that have been implemented in different enterprises belonging to the most varied industrial sectors, such as: food - which is main area of company’s products - automotive, bioengineering, chemical, green technologies, energy, pharmaceutical, logistics, packaging, glass. The company regularly invests in training and updating. This policy allows the company to come up with advanced and innovative technological solutions. All the situations in which the new technologies will function are carefully reconstructed in the plant where company’s engineers, electronic and computer experts work . Among their most well known products can be mentioned: - an automatic system for salami hanging and seasoning, equipped with anthropomorphous robots that display the products hung in bars, and their following batching for the seasoning cells. The system includes the control parameters management of the cells and final handling. This fully integrated system enables to monitor the daily weight loss of all the cells. It is also possible to carry out integrated analysis of labour, energy and other industrial expenditures, stopovers for each work cycle, and production efficiency on overall equipment effectiveness; -packaging solutions, such as bag and tray robotized automatic cartoning systems for cold cuts and cubes respectively. The robots are supported by a vision system and can detect the product coming from the production lines, pick and orient it correctly, lay it smoothly inside the final container. The system includes a software for production control, which can also read and compare all function data in such a way as to provide graphics of the variances, from efficiency and productivity parameters in real time; -sorters for production departments for the handling of portioned meat and semi-processed products. It is a modular and extremely flexible system that, thanks to the jointly use of two anthropomorphous robots, can distribute different cuts arriving from the processing lines at a group of matrix-organized crates; - automatic warehouses, designed to store and handle crates for fresh meat or semi-processed products. They are provided with an automatic sanification system; - control software for the food industry, which comply with HACCP control protocol and the need for tracking and tracing, and can guarantee full control of production and operative warehouse management. This software is also designed to make management more economical, by increasing production efficiency, improving the levels of service, reducing the need for stocks; - integrated, configurable and modular software for operative logistics management, which makes it possible to deal with the entire cycle of operations, from receiving incoming goods to shipping the final products, using innovative tools and techniques for operative monitoring and for inventories, minimizing the risk of errors in all the handling phases. The company is looking for cooperation with trade intermediaries in order to establish agency/distribution services agreements in order to enlarge its distribution network abroad. The ideal partners should be especially experienced in automation plants for food sector, which represents the core activity of the company.
