Italian luxury fashion brand seeks investment partners

An Italian luxury leather-goods fashion brand, established in 2015, seeks partners to help it grow. The SME has a strategy for online sales supported by physical and digital showrooms. Its production combines traditional Made in Italy craftsmanship with Corporate Social Responsibility guidelines for impartial and equitable behaviour that takes into account the economic, social and environmental consequences of its operations. Partners for a financial or an outsourcing agreement are sought.
The company is an innovative fashion startup founded in 2015 which creates, designs and produces collections of bags and accessories for men and women. Its collections take inspiration from Italian places, culture and art, and use decorative accents such as handmade Venetian glass or inserts of hand-painted ceramics in traditional motifs. It has great potential for growth, especially at an international level and even in "mature" markets, where there is a growing interest in certified and well made brands and products. "Made in Italy" is a hallmark for quality workmanship and design, known and appreciated by consumers in the luxury goods market. The collections use high quality materials in a classic and timeless style, to appeal to discriminating customers who choose to buy pieces that will last. The entire production process is carried out in Italy using valuable natural materials and Italian handicraft traditions. The materials used are chosen for their reduced environmental impact: certified vegetable-tanned leather, natural fabric lining, nickel-free metals. Company policy reconciles its economic objectives with the community's social and environmental objectives and with a view to future sustainability. The company seeks funding to support its growth, through financing agreements with equity investors, including other luxury brands. It also offers its design and production capacity to produce tailor-made bags or collections for individual customers and businesses through an outsourcing agreement.
