A Latvian agricultural cooperative is seeking for wholesale purchasers and/ or distributors of cultivated cranberry crops (both organic and conventional available). Besides consuming them fresh or using in baking, berries are being processed in juices, jams, dried snacks (also known as craisin), sauces etc. The cooperative is seeking cooperation under distribution and/ or commercial agency agreement.
Description:
Since 1990s Latvian farmers produce significant volume of cultivated cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon). To help the farmers to cooperate, an agricultural cooperative was founded. The cooperative represents more than 10 farmers that cultivates berries in industrial volumes.
The cooperative can offer 100-200 tons of berries depending on the harvest. Latvian side is offering fresh berries during October. Throughout rest of the year IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) frozen berries are available. Both organic certified and conventional crop available with safety certifications.
The cooperative is able to pack berries according to buyers’ specifications (standard packaging is 20kg paper bags). Pre-packaging in retail packages per buyers’ specifications also is possible.
In order to find new cooperation partners, the cooperative is looking for wholesales and buyers for cooperation under distribution and/ or commercial agency agreement.

a) food processors that are using cranberries as a raw material
