The company offers a light fleet management platform, aiming at easing and optimizing the connection between the car services deliverers and the fleet necessities. The platform consists of a module dedicated to service deliverers, a web component dedicated to clients, a back‐office component for the administration of the platform and other extra modules. The main fields of the web platform are dedicated to the management of the cars fleet, of the activities performed, of the service report, of the tires season/offseason changes and to the administration of the tires warehouses. The module dedicated to services deliverers allows the real-time administration of all activities within a car service, car-wash, vulcanization etc. The main functionalities are: - administration of the activities performed (car wash, vulcanization, repairs, season/offseason change and storage of tires); - administration of tires hotel (storage, release, transfer between workstations etc.) - centralized invoice (daily, weekly or monthly) of the delivered services, for a client or a third party. The services deliverers can choose the web or mobile components. By means of the web module, clients can access the following facilities: - real time visualization of the tires, stored in all hotels and of the changes made within all networks; - permanent control of their own tires and of all services of their fleets (assembled, stored, improved tires etc.); - all car’s characteristics are emphasized; - all car’s insurances and licenses, having expiry dates are shown; - spare parts changes are clearly marked, for each type of car, number of kilometers, name of the driver, of the car mechanic and the necessary time; - inventories for each car, reports with photos, showing the car’s condition; - administration of all information about drivers, personal data, events, documents expiry date, warnings, penalties, with a possibility to attach necessary documents; - real time visualization of the history of all the cars in the fleet. Back-office component allows the platform’s administrators to manage the system access roles and responsibilities, the services deliverers, the clients, the users, the data catalogues and the mobile devices. In a constantly changing world, in which technology allows easy and quick communication over the internet, the company offers to their partners a range of complementary mobile technology solutions that enable a direct marketing communications interface to drivers - this includes vehicle manufacturers, insurance companies, accident management and breakdown companies, vehicle leasing companies and vehicle aftersales/servicing organisations.
