The information that is to be searched is mapped into a vector space and searches in the vector space. This makes it possible to search for knowledge and information based only on semantic meaning and context, regardless of the words or language chosen. This way up to 100 languages can be supported.
Furthermore, the use of customerspecific language models enables their software also to find industry specific technical terms.
