A company from Poland that has been brokering the sale of vegetables and mushrooms in the country since 2003 is currently looking for partners operating on the EU market to establish long-term cooperation. Experience in the sector, excellent knowledge of the local market and long-term relationships with producers have allowed this small company to succeed as an intermediary for vegetables and mushrooms in Poland. Another goal is to establish cooperation abroad and popularize Polish food there. The company's suppliers are farms offering high quality vegetables - mainly raspberry tomatoes, but also ground cucumbers, onions, potatoes, parsley and carrots. For many years the owner of the company has been cooperating with a producer specializing in oyster mushrooms and production of oyster mushroom preserves. Oyster mushroom is an ecological mushroom of high consumption values. It contains protein, vitamins (especially of group B: B2, B6), folic acid, microelements and other components (phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, zinc, sodium, iron, copper). B-d-glucanol, a substance with anticancer properties, and enzymes lowering blood cholesterol levels have been found in oyster mushrooms. Mushrooms can be eaten fresh, frozen, dried, salted, soured and marinated. Apart from raw mushrooms, the company finds customers for oyster mushrooms processed into ready meals packed in approximately 400 g jars. These are: marinated oyster mushroom, oyster mushroom salad, oyster mushroom letcho for hot or cold consumption, oyster mushroom tripe in broth, oyster mushroom tripe in tomato sauce, oyster mushroom vegetarian tripe. The company is also an intermediary in the sale of other mushrooms, each of which is characterized by its unique qualities - brown mushrooms, shii-take, brown two-spore mushrooms (portabello).
