With time they've added various machining services to their offer and now, thanks to the investments in production capacities (new machines), they are also able to manufacture own products, including whole steel constructions and equipment. The company is also a certified partner of one of the world-leading producers of abrasion-resistant (AR) steel.
The company offers to manufacture whole steel constructions/equipment or parts thereof using the following machining methods:
- laser / plasma / oxy-fuel / band-saw cutting,
- plate bending and forming,
- CNC-supported milling, threading and drilling,
- shot blasting (including in a blastroom),
- painting (anticorrosion coatings).
The company not only manufactures metal constructions but also advise on how to optimise production, and can design and deliver products to a location indicated by a partner. Moreover, they provide unprocessed steel and metal ribbed bars too.
The firm would like to increase its production volumes and fully utilise existing capacities. Therefore, it is offering cooperation in the form of either manufacturing agreement or subcontracting. Under the manufacturing agreement, a partner should provide a specification of the required product so that the company knows the scope of the needed work.
