Their main activities are, namely:
1. Sheet metal work:
- pressing systems with progressive tools;
- CNC punching Finn-Power;
- laser cutting;
- mechanical presses max 450 Ton;
- hidraulic presses max 250 Ton;
- high medium or small series.
2. Tube laser cutting and CNC bending:
- laser cutting;
- CNC bending;
- tube end-formimg;
- conification;
- stamping tube;
- machining tube.
3. 32 robots FANUC welding:
- maximum capacity at robots: 6 meters and 2000 kg;
- mig, Tig, Electrical Welding;
- stainless steel welding;
- brass hot welding;
- oxiacetilénica.
4. Capacity up to 16mm in CNC:
- cnc wire machine;
- stamping of wire;
- screwing of wire.
5. CNC turning and machining:
- CNC turning machine;
- machining forged parts;
- flexibility.
6. Different solutions for coating:
- Global soluctions in surface treatments:
- zinc - coating;
- cataphoresis / autophoresis;
