Description:
The Romanian company was established in 1994 having its business located in the north-west part of the country, owning a production facility of over 2.000 sqm, well equipped with laser cutting equipment, guillotine type, tape saws, backgammon cracking machines, roller profiles, welding equipment, orbital welding, drilling machines with column, press, CNCs and lathe milling.
Along with the modern production facility the Romanian company also has a large number of technicians with experience in food installations, tank assembly works, bottling lines, machinery, processing equipment and equipment for the food, beverage and packaging industry, making it able to provide the following services: design; laser cutting; bending; milling; rolling; assembling; welding; dyeing; or complete production of assemblies to its customers.
The company is able to address all kind of projects like:
1. on-site installation – the company can provide high-quality mechanical and installation works in the food, beverage, pharmacy and cosmetics industry, relying on experienced team of locksmiths and welders, qualified to use methods and technologies that ensure fast and reliable installation anywhere in the world;
2. installation of technological routes – the company is able to manufacture stainless steel pipe routes, weld the pipes together and make sure that the outer welds are cleaned, stripped and passed out. Internal welds are cleaned and treated by recirculation of a passive agent;
3. installation of tanks – the company is able to designed, produce and assembled oversized tanks (made on construction sites, the highest having a maximum height of 23.000 mm, an external diameter of 24.000 mm and a storage capacity of 6.000 cubic meters);
4. installation of equipment – the company has a vast experience in the production, installation and connection of equipment including complete bottling lines; installation of conveyor belts, robots and smart storage spaces;
5. production of conveyors – currently producing compressed air conveyors for PET bottles, conveyors for crates, bottles, pallets;
6. design and production of metallic structures for constructions, from hot rolled profiles or welded sheet, based on the companies projects or those of clients;
7. production of floor drains/drainage gullies – mainly for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, where strict hygiene conditions are required.
The company is offering a complete package of metalworking services, from the initial development of the project to the delivery of the final products and is currently looking for partners under the manufacturing agreement in order to increase its market share and client portfolio.
