Romanian company having as profile general mechanics operations, machining and metal fabrications, with extensive experience in CNC processing, is looking to expand its distribution across Europe

The Romanian company has developed collaboration relationships with the main actors from the north-west region market of mechanical processing performed with the help of numerically controlled machine tools, providing programming and design services for them. As a result of these collaborations, the existence of an opportunity was highlighted, respectively of an uncovered market niche, due on the one hand to the number of machines with numerical control and, on the other hand, to the growing demand for parts/parts of high complexity and large size, for the manufacture of which state-of-the-art numerical control equipment is required. The company's turnover has had an increasing evolution since the establishment of the company, reason for which it is wanted to diversify the range of activity by purchasing equipment with numerical control through own funds or by accessing European funds. Cutting operations can be performed on semi-automatic band saws (D max = 150 mm) and on automatic band saws (D max = 280 mm), high efficiency machines. Milling operations are performed on CNC machines available to the company. The respective machines, with strokes on the X-axis 400-1200 mm and on the Y axis 300-500 mm, can execute lots of parts with high complexity. Three of the CNC centres are also equipped with a fourth axis of rotation, for unique or less complex parts. The parts can be made on conventional equipment equipped with coordinate readers. Larger parts can be machined on large CNC centers: (X 2000 - Y 1000 mm) or on the two horizontal machines equipped with rotating table. In addition to drilling operations, the company can also perform threading operations with pneumatic threading system (M4-M12). The threading machines provided have the following characteristics: pneumatic with threading up to M12 and hydraulic RHR-30D with threading capacity up to M30. Inert gas welding can be performed with the 4 MIG 500 DIGITAL welding machines; the device can operate up to 500 A, and works with 1.0 - 2.0 mm welding wire. The materials that can be welded within the company are: steel, stainless steel and aluminium. It has to be mention that the company and the personnel that serve the welding machines are TUV(Technischer Überwachungs-Verein) authorized. They can execute and install devices for the automotive and aeronautical industries according to the client's projects. The Romanian company is authorized in the field of welding according to EN ISO 3834-2. The technically qualified and experienced staff and skilled work force ensures that all production phases are done using only the best workmanship, working conditions, using sophisticated manufacturing and inspection equipment. Continuous evaluation and knowledge about the customer satisfaction level were given top priority importance in company management's daily agenda. Customer satisfaction analysis is always included in the management review of company's quality management system. In order to enter on the international market, the company is looking for partners interested in distribution its products, based on a solid distribution services agreement.
