Portfolio: manual, semi and automated workstations, jigs and fixtures for component manufacturing and inspection, bespoke testing equipment, jibs & cranes, pneumatic and electric assistors with hoists or articulated arms, steelwork structures.
Research & Development: final product design as support to OEM and Tier 1 companies. Long term projects with large teams involved.
Portfolio: motorcycle model year updates from specification document, concept, development to detailing and drawings release. Frame, bodywork, electrical & transmission sub-systems. Concept stage of a new model with considerations for bike geometry, weight distribution, ergonomics, suspension layout, styling. Test bikes with ergonomics and geometry adjustments. Frame bicycle concepts and development. Automotive chassis subsystems and component design in electric powertrain.
Industrial Design – Styling: Advanced surface modelling for Class A surfaces used in production tooling. Styling interpretation from 2D sketches. Reverse Engineering clay models. Industrial & architectural renderings and visualizations.
