With many years of experience in building wooden houses, the Romanian company is offering energy efficient wooden houses characterised by an own bio-climate, with constant and relatively equal temperatures, regardless of the season. Among company’s projects, one can mention: *Carpenter’s house - The beneficial effect of the mineral wool insulation is completed by the optimization of the glazed surfaces but also by the placement of the house on the South / South East axis and by the vitiated air recycling device that recovers 80% of the lost heat. The average annual temperature inside the house is 23 degrees Celsius, in winter a wood-fired boiler is used, which consumes approximately 8 m3 of firewood per season. *Bio house – the technical solutions used: beams and columns type technique, triple layered wood joinery for windows and a generous roof advanced on the outside, transforming this construction in an ecological house in the true sense of the word. This house is a real comfort of life and protects against cold, heat, wind or noise.
