The Romanian company, located in Northern Transylvania, started its activities in 1993 aiming to harness the solid professional experience of its domain.
In 1999, the company’s production facilities were moved into a building specially designated for industrial machining activities, bought by the company’s owner. Starting with 2002, the company started to buy and install CNC equipment for manufacturing and processing couplings, crossovers and nipples for petroleum industry.
In 2004, a CNC milling machine was bought and the company expanded its production range with high precision milling products and dies.
Starting with 2006, vertical CNC turning (carousel) machines were bought, extending the products range for turning up to 660mm diameter. The company is producing couplings and crossovers for casings and tubing used in the oil industry. The Romanian company manufactures all range of couplings as per API specifications in all groups for casings and tubing. The range of couplings extends from 1.315" to 5½", under grades H40, J55, K55, L80, N80, P110, etc.
The company also offers various sizes of couplings that come in variety of uses in oil fields.
Couplings for tubing and casing are manufactured on a sophisticated processing flow, under stringent quality control.
Qualified and experienced staff ensures that all stages of production are carried out using only high-performance equipment.
After threading, coupling are subjected to zinc phosphating to prevent rusting and coated on thread by special vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI) oil, thus preventing rust induced thread damages, in case the couplings are stored for a longer period before being used. Prompt and timely delivery of finished products is always ensured.
The Romanian company is also manufacturing milling products like tools, parts and spare parts, forming dies for plastic materials and forming dies for wooden or wood veneer components used in furniture or woodworking industry. Products are manufactured according to client's specifications, standards and norms.
Continuous evaluation and knowledge about the customer satisfaction level were given top priority importance in company management's daily agenda. Customer satisfaction analyze is always included in the management review of company's quality management system.
The production area covers more than 20,000 sqm.
